About Freshness: Although we do our best to ensure a delightful unboxing, we can’t always prevent a little "travel wear" along the way. Weather elements like rain can occasionally influence how items smell after transit.
Regrettably, we cannot guarantee a perfect "unboxing" but we can certainly guarantee your little one will enjoy the magic in our costumes.
Promotions & Discounts: From time to time, we love spreading joy with special discounts and promotions! Please note that these offers apply only to new purchases made after the promotion announcement.
We design each outfit with a touch of magic and durability to withstand the countless adventures of playtime! However, even our enchanting dresses aren’t indestructible. Buttons, fabric, and accessories may show signs of love over time, so please keep in mind that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items affected by wear and tear. We’re here to inspire imagination and joy, making every moment of dress-up a cherished one!
Return Policy: We happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are unworn, free of stains and odors, and still have their original tags. Returns for sale items don’t include costs for a return label.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. You will be informed of the shipping fees before you complete your purchase.
Final Sale Items: Items sold as final sale are non-returnable unless there is a defect not disclosed in the product description.
International Returns & Exchanges: We want you to absolutely love your Joy Costumes purchase, so please keep in mind that returns or exchanges are available only for local US orders. For international orders, feel free to reach out with any questions before you buy – we’re here to help you choose the perfect costume for your little one!
